As a INWA Nordic Walking Instructor Green Dragon Activities can now offer to you, Nordic Walking instruction and lessons. We can visit your area for group and individual sessions, or if you are visiting, staying nearby or simply passing through you are welcome to book a 2-3hr morning or afternoon taster session. Your session involves instruction in the first 5 steps of Nordic Walking, Hire of poles, and a walk to practice your new found skills.
If you visit us we will use local trails around Llanwrtyd Wells for our sessions and you will need to bring suitable clothing for all weather conditions and walking shoes, as opposed to boots. We have a variety of locations to walk from around the Cambrian mountains. One of our forest loctions even has its own Log cabin Cafe. Great for Cake, Biscuits and a cup of tea after the session. We have walks of all types and a distance to suit ability. Along the way you will come across lakes, rivers , wide open moorland and mountain panoramic scenery.
