Perfect for those new to SUP or looking for a confidence-boosting refresher.

- Getting to know your board and safety equipment
- How to hold and use the paddle correctly
- Prone and kneeling positions and paddling techniques
- Progression to standing with a stable stance
- Core strokes: forward, reverse, and turning
- Linking strokes smoothly for better control
- Confidence builders: stance changes and manoeuvring skills
