Retail outlet for SUP and other paddle sports equipment. Provider of fun water activities, team building and SUP learning sessions.
Activity hours are flexible and open for all hours by arrangement.
Shop at present is open in a flexible pattern mainly Friday to Sunday generally with flexible hours during the day and 4pm to 7 pm ish.
During School holidays we are more frequently open.
The Shop can open at other times by arrangement.

As soon as we have been made aware of your complaint, action will be taken to rectify the problem. If you contacted us by post or email, we will reply by email. If you contact us by phone, we aim to be able to resolve the issue immediately. If we need a third party involved, we may need a little bit of time to investigate the matter, then we will respond no later than the following working day.
If we are unable to resolve your dispute and you were sold your product online or by other electronic means and you are within the European Union (EU) you may refer your complaint to the EU Online dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Upon receipt of your complaint the ODR will escalate your complaint to your local dispute resolution service – this process is free and conducted entirely online. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the online shop or website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, but not limited to, your name, address and billing address. We do not collect your payment details, these are dealt with by our payment services provider Square (see Security section below).
We try to make sure that items listed on our site are always in stock. In situations when an item becomes discontinued or temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to let you know when the item will be in stock or to arrange a refund.
Our aim is to despatch goods as quickly as possible; As we have limited opening hours during the week. (Please see our opening hours above)
Items will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please feel free to call us and we can confirm when that will be. Normally that will be a Friday dispatch, but if we are around it could be the same day for items that are in stock. Your account is charged immediately on placing an order.
For an amendment to the original order we will require a written confirmation, either by letter or email. Once your order has been processed and posted, we are unable to alter/amend an order. You will need to wait for it to arrive, before contacting us to arrange a return.
All deliveries dispatched will have tracking numbers. While each customer is responsible for the level of postage and insurance. We will endeavour to encourage the customer to make the best choice for the delivery of their item for them.
All quoted delivery times are estimates only unless you have paid for a guaranteed service and placed your order in time for next day despatch.
In the unlikely event that your order doesn’t arrive within the allotted delivery time. Please check with the items tracking link to see its present status to and we have not contacted you please feel free to contact us and ask what we are doing.
Sale of Goods
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and include UK VAT at 20% unless stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions will be completed in GBP.
We accept payments from the following cards: Visa Credit and Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. Your account is charged immediately on placing an order.
Our website uses SSL encryption to keep your personal details safe and secure. You can confirm the secure connection by checking that the web address (URL) starts with ‘https://’ with a small padlock icon displayed alongside.

Confirmation of order
When we have received your order or payment you will receive confirmation of your order by email. This order does not constitute a binding contract until the point at which we despatch your order. Contracts will be concluded in English language.
You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your order. You must provide Green Dragon Activities Ltd with written notice of cancellation in a durable medium and you must return the items/goods at your own cost, all goods/items in the state in which they were received by you. If we have already processed your payment, we will refund you in full within 30 days of cancellation.
Return of Goods Policy/Refunds
We rely on you the customer to make the initial purchase, but we also understand that you may decide for whatever reason to changed your mind? We are happy to accept returns of goods for refund or exchange (size stock permitting). All return postage costs and or expenses are the customer’s responsibility, as is postage insurance costs for the items/goods.
All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging: we cannot accept goods back that we cannot sell as new, and they must be accompanied by the original delivery note or purchase recept. In all cases we will only process a refund once we receive the goods.
Please ensure that you make adequate provision for the safe return of the goods; all return postage and postage insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Wrong or Faulty Item
If the wrong or a faulty item has been despatched please contact us prior to returning the item. We can then arrange for the goods to be returned to us at our expense and an exchange or full refund of the original price paid.
When returning an item, always ask for a Proof of Posting. We are not liable for any returns that are lost or delayed in the post back to us.
Please note, we can only refund the card used in the original sale. It is entirely up to the customer’s card issuing bank to decide how much time it takes to affect a credit. It may take up to 3 – 4 working days for the funds to get credited to the cardholder’s account depending on the card issuing bank.
